Himachal News: Chandra Gopal Negi Became The Chairman of KINFED Kinnaur And Rajnand Negi Became the Vice Chairman.

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Reckong Peo, March 14: The election of Kinnaur Cooperative Marketing and Consumer Committee (Kinnaur Federation) was held at Tapri Kinfed office. In the election of 6 zone directors held in Tapri of Kinnaur Federation on Wednesday, 5 directors were elected unopposed, while one Tapri zone remained vacant as no candidate stood.
Among the five zone directors elected, Jitendra Mehta from Pooh, Rajnand Negi from Kalpa, Chandra Gopal Negi from Murang, Sachin Negi from Sangla and Jairam Negi from Nichar were elected directors. The five elected directors elected Chandra Gopal Negi as Chairman of KINFED for the fourth time, while Raj Nand Negi was elected Vice Chairman. KINFED has once again been captured by Congress.

Chairman Chandra Gopal Negi has been elected director for the fifth time and Vice Chairman Raj Nand Negi has been elected director for the third time. KINFED Chairman Chandra Gopal Negi has also been the head of Ribba Panchayat and KINFED Vice Chairman Raj Nand Negi has also been the head of Kothi Panchayat.

Newly appointed Chairman Chandra Gopal Negi said that young directors have been elected and they will get a chance to work with enthusiasm and work will be done to take KINFED to greater heights. On Wednesday, Congress supported directors captured the Kinnaur Federation including the Chairman and Vice Chairman and a victory rally was taken out in Tapri Bazaar.
