The names of the candidates are also being discussed with the common people and their feedback is being taken. BJP has three out of four Lok Sabha seats in Himachal. Three seats include Hamirpur, Kangra and Shimla parliamentary constituencies. In the last two Lok Sabha elections, BJP has won all four seats consecutively. The Congress party had won the Mandi Lok Sabha seat in the by-election. In the second survey of BJP, it is being kept in mind that in which areas there is anti-incumbency among the current MPs.
