On Wednesday, the Himachal Pradesh government has filed its status report in the Himachal Pradesh High Court against the entire disputed case between Palampur businessman Nishant Sharma and Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu.
The court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court said that the hearing process will be conducted considering all the investigation reports and facts of all the investigations of the entire disputed case between Palampur businessman Nishant Sharma and Himachal Pradesh Police Director General Dr. Sanjay Kundu.

As per the order of Himachal Pradesh High Court, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Dharamshala will command the investigation of the entire disputed case between Palampur businessman Nishant Sharma and Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu.
The Himachal Pradesh government has taken seriously the disputed case between Palampur businessman Nishant Sharma and Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu and filed its status report in the Himachal Pradesh High Court on Wednesday.
Issuing the order, the court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court said that the hearing process of the entire disputed case between Palampur businessman Nishant Sharma and Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu, all the investigation reports filed and all the facts found in the investigation.
The court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court today got a special status report copy submitted to seriously study the status report of the entire disputed case between Palampur businessman Nishant Sharma and Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu filed by Himachal Pradesh Government.

Himachal Pradesh Government’s Advocate General Advocate General Anoop Ratan told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that while issuing this order by Himachal Pradesh High Court, it has also been said that between Palampur businessman Nishant Sharma and Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu The hearing process will be conducted by the court bench only after reading the investigation report of the entire disputed case.
