On the complaint of the victim, Pachhad police arrested the rape accused on Saturday. Pachhad Police has registered a case under POCSO Act against rape accused Ravi Kumar son of Prem Singh, resident of Shaya, district Solan and started investigation.

According to the complete information received from Pachhad Police, a 17 year old minor girl has accused rape accused Ravi Kumar of forcibly having sexual relations.
On Friday, the victim lodged a complaint at Pachhad police station. On the complaint of the victim, Pachhad police has arrested rape accused Ravi Kumar. The victim knows the rape accused Ravi Kumar very well.

DSP Vidyachand Negi has confirmed the arrest of rape accused Ravi Kumar. Vidyachand Negi said that rape accused Ravi Kumar will be produced in the court and taken on remand.
