Himachal News: 21 Products Including Tea And Toothpaste Of Well-Known Companies Will Also Be Available In Ration Depots

Products of renowned companies are going to be available to lakhs of ration card consumers of Himachal Pradesh in cheap ration shops (depots) from March.

From tea to toothpaste, consumers are going to get 21 products up to 10 percent cheaper than the market.

The prices of these products have been loaded in the pass machines. Below Poverty Line (BPL), Above Poverty Line (APL) and all tax paying ration card consumers are going to get an equal subsidy on these products.

Himachal Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation has loaded the rate list in the POS machines of 2100 depots. This type of arrangement is being made for the first time.

Before this, the products of any company have not been sold at cheaper rates through depots.

There will be eight percent subsidy on some of these products and ten percent subsidy on tea in the depots.

General Manager of Himachal Pradesh State Civil Supply Corporation, Rajeshwar Goyal said that the prices of POS machines have been loaded. Now these are going to be made online. These 21 products are going to be available to ration card holders at cheaper than market prices.

These 21 products will be available in ration depots –

Chyawanprash, Red Toothpaste, Odomos, Honey, Hajmola Jar, Honeytus Cough Drop Ginger Jar, Honeytus Cough Drop Honey Orange Jar, Red Paste, Odopic Scouring Bar, Amla Hair Oil, Hajmola Rage Bottle Jar, Red Paste Ceffreys, Almond Hair Oil, Mustard Amla Hair Oil, Acacia Tooth Paste and Tea.
