Bharatiya Janata Party has shared this information on its official X account. Most of these cases are registered in police stations of Mumbai (Maharashtra).

Let us tell you that as per the order of the Supreme Court, as per the guidelines of the Election Commission, the candidate has to share his information in C-7 form. Apart from this, its advertisement also has to be published in two newspapers. A total of 8 cases including defamation cases are registered against Kangana Ranaut. Along with this, Bharatiya Janata Party has given many arguments behind making Kangana Ranaut its candidate in this form, in which Kangana Ranaut has been described as a social worker and a source of inspiration for the youth.

The first case of defamation has been filed by lyricist Javed Akhtar, which is registered in Andheri, Mumbai. In the second case, Ashish Kaul has filed a copy right case against Kangana in Bandra police station, Mumbai. The third case is registered in Bandra police station itself. The fourth case has been filed for defamation by Mahindra Kaur, a woman farmer in Bathinda, Punjab. The fifth case has been filed by Zarina Wahab. The sixth case has been filed by Aditya Pancholi. The seventh case has been filed by Ramesh Nayak in the Karnataka High Court. The eighth case is registered in the sessions court Dindoshi under the Bombay High Court.
