In Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, Aam Aadmi Party also staged a protest in the form of a fast at CTO Chowk. Aam Aadmi Party alleges that BJP’s central government is trying to jail the leaders of opposition parties by making false allegations to win the Lok Sabha elections.

Himachal Pradesh President of Aam Aadmi Party, Surjit Thakur said that Aam Aadmi Party is running a one-day fast program across the country today in support of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and in protest against the Modi government. Surjit Thakur said that the people of Delhi and the entire country are standing with Arvind Kejriwal. Whether Prime Minister Modi puts him in jail or keeps him out, Kejriwal will continue to do his work.

Surjit Thakur said that Aam Aadmi Party leaders are being put in jail on false charges. The central government is scared of Arvind Kejriwal. These types of tactics are being adopted by the BJP government to win the Lok Sabha elections under any circumstances.
