Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Una, April 02: A 26-year-old unmarried girl has died after swallowing poisonous substance in ward number three of Daulatpur Chowk under Gagret police station of Una district. The deceased girl has been identified as Rajni Devi, daughter of Ranveer Singh, resident of ward number three, Daulatpur Chowk. Gagret Police has conducted post-mortem of the body in the regional hospital and handed it over to the family members. Further investigation has been started.

According to the information, on Monday afternoon, Rajni Devi, a resident of Daulatpur ward number three, swallowed poisonous substance due to unknown reason, due to which her health started deteriorating. The family brought Rajni Devi to a private hospital, but after first aid, the girl was referred to the regional hospital due to her serious condition, from where seeing the serious condition, the girl was referred to PGI, but the girl Died on the way.

On the other hand, the police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. Outpost in-charge Ajit Singh said that the police has started investigation regarding the matter.
