Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Jeori (Rampur Bushahr)/Karsog (Mandi), March 07: Himachal Pradesh has got seven new HAS officers. In the results of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services Combined Examination-2023 announced by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Anmol has topped the examination. Anmol, a resident of Mandi district, is currently working as Block Development Officer Totu. Himani Sharma of Sri Naina Deviji of Bilaspur district is in second place. Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission had conducted the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services Combined Examination-2023 for 11 posts. Due to non-availability of eligible candidates, two posts each of HAS and HPS are left vacant.

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Secretary Devendra Kumar Ratan said that the preliminary examination of HAS was held on October 1, 2023. The main examination was held from December 13 to December 19, 2023. Candidates who passed the main examination were interviewed from March 4 to 6. Devendra Kumar Ratan said that seven candidates have been declared selected. Anmol, Himani Sharma, Anubhav Tanwar, Kartik Dogra, Karanvir Singh, Neha Negi and Yogesh have been selected as HAS officers.

Neha Negi of Gharaat Sarahan of Bonda Panchayat of Rampur sub-division has become a HAS officer. Neha Negi is the first woman from Rampur section to pass the HAS examination. Neha Negi did her primary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya Bonda Sarahan. Neha Negi did her graduation from Shimla and her graduation in MA from DAV Chandigarh. Neha Negi father Mangal Negi works in Chhattisgarh ITBP and mother Leela Negi is a housewife.

After passing the HAS exam, Neha Negi told on phone that she was preparing herself and she got this success in the fourth attempt. Neha Negi gave a message to the youth that they should keep trying. Neha Negi said that if we have passion within us, then one day we will definitely be successful. Neha Negi father Mangal Negi, mother Leela Negi, uncle Govind Negi have congratulated daughter Neha Negi on this wonderful achievement.

Truck driver son Yogesh Kumar passes HAS exam, will now become SDM-

Yogesh Kumar of Kyargi Lower village of Karsog sub-division of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh has made his name famous by passing the HAS examination. Yogesh Kumar is from an ordinary family. Yogesh Kumar father Ramlal Kumar is a truck driver while Yogesh Kumar mother is a housewife. Yogesh Kumar has passed the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission examination-2023 in the third chance without any coaching. Even before this, Yogesh Kumar had passed the examination twice, but was left out in the interview. Yogesh Kumar primary education was from Vidya Bharati School, Karsog. Yogesh Kumar Studied 12th class from Model Public School, Karsog. Yogesh Kumar has done MSc from Central University Dharamshala. There is a flood of congratulations at home on the success of Yogesh Kumar.
