Harsh Mahajan, who joined BJP from Congress during the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections 2022, is a member of the core group in the party.
Harsh Mahajan was the working president of the state Congress before joining BJP.
Harsh Mahajan has been a special advisor and strategist to former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh. Harsh has been MLA from Chamba assembly constituency three times.
He was also the Animal Husbandry Minister in the Virbhadra government. He has also been the Chairman of State Cooperative Bank.
