Hamirpur News : Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur is on a tour of the state. On the third day of his tour, the Union Minister will visit various rain-affected areas in Nadaun of Hamirpur district and Dehra assembly constituency of Kangra district.
Earlier yesterday after visiting various rain affected areas, Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur said that Himachal Pradesh has been witnessing heavy loss of life and property due to calamity like incidents over the years and a large number of houses, roads have been damaged which is extremely distressing. That’s sad.
Anurag Thakur was speaking after visiting various rain-affected areas under Dharampur in Mandi district and Sujanpur assembly constituency in Hamirpur district. During this, he understood the plight of the affected people and assured all possible help.
The Union Minister said that in this hour of calamity, the Central Government has extended a lot of help to Himachal. Expressing grief over the various incidents of the disaster, he said that many houses are still under threat and need to be given more immediate relief. .
