Shimla, 02 September: An incident has happened in the capital Shimla which has shamed the Guru-disciple relationship. A case of obscene acts and molestation of a college student has come to light here. The surprising thing is that the assistant professor of the college is accused of molesting the student. The accused is an assistant professor of music subject. The 20-year-old college student has alleged that the accused did obscene acts with her and threatened to kill her if she disclosed it.
The victim student has complained against the accused assistant professor in the women’s police station of Shimla. The police have registered a case against the accused assistant professor under various criminal sections and the investigation is going on. This incident has created a stir in the college management.
The victim has alleged in the complaint given to the police that a few months ago the accused has molested her. Not only this, she has also received death threats if she tells anyone about this. The accused did not stop his antics. On this, the victim has demanded action against the accused professor from the police.
Women’s police station has registered an FIR under Section 354, 354A and 506 of IPC on the complaint of the victim and action is being taken. Police is getting the statement of the victim recorded before the magistrate and the process of arresting the accused is being implemented.
