Special Conversation: Governor Said – Does Not Want To Get Into A Fight Between The Opposition And The Government On Central Assistance.
Honourable Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla has said that he maintains good relations with the ruling Congress Party government of Himachal Pradesh. Only two bills have been kept pending in Raj Bhavan. Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla said that the pending Democracy Sentinel Bill has been sent to the Himachal Pradesh government for amendments with some questions.

Honourable Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla has said that ten months of his tenure in Himachal Pradesh have been completed. Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla said that when he started his tenure in the entire Himachal Pradesh, a heart-wrenching natural disaster situation had arisen within a few days of his tenure. There is an important need for all of us to think seriously together about how to deal with the heart-wrenching natural disaster that has hit Himachal Pradesh. Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla said that all efforts will have to be made to reduce all the cases of encroachment that are continuously increasing in Himachal Pradesh as soon as possible. Himachal Pradesh Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla, in a special conversation with Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma on Friday, said that the way construction works are being carried out indiscriminately on the roadsides in the entire Himachal Pradesh, all those construction works need special attention. There has become the greatest need to reduce construction works.

On the allegations and counter-allegations between the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party and the Himachal Pradesh government of the ruling Congress Party on Central Assistance, Himachal Pradesh Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla said that he will not take any part in the fight between the two parties BJP and Congress. Don’t want to fall into trouble. A good amount of assistance has been provided by the Modi government at the Center to deal with natural disasters and the tenure of the ruling Congress party government of Himachal Pradesh is also going well. The Modi government at the Center has provided many relief packages to Himachal Pradesh. The central team had also come to Himachal Pradesh, the Modi government at the center releases grants only on the complete report of the central team. Himachal Pradesh is also included in the special category state.
Ninety percent contribution in Himachal Pradesh has been from the Central Government. Himachal Pradesh has to contribute only ten percent from its own side. The heart-wrenching natural disaster in Himachal Pradesh has affected the fields of farmers and gardeners the most.
There is the utmost need to seriously consider all these things as to how the quality of farming by farmers can be improved in Himachal Pradesh.
Work should also be done on natural farming in Himachal Pradesh. Horticulture University, Nauni in Himachal Pradesh is continuously conducting active experiments in the direction of natural farming. Farmers of Himachal should also be sent to learn in the laboratory centers of Horticulture University, Nauni.
Two schemes of Himachal Pradesh are also included in the Developed India Sankalp Yatra –
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla said that the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, which is being taken out by the Modi government at the Centre, is proving beneficial for the deprived people of Himachal Pradesh who are deprived of all the public welfare schemes of the Centre. Two important schemes of Himachal Pradesh Government, Himcare and Sukhashray Yojana, have also been added to the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. Himachal Pradesh Government officials should also jointly take forward the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra among the people of Himachal Pradesh. Efforts should be made to provide benefits of all the public welfare schemes of the Central Government to all the deprived people in Himachal Pradesh, where Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra has not reached.
Good relations of Governor Shri Shiv Pratap with Himachal Pradesh Government –

Due to which the evil of Himachal Pradesh government is happening everywhere. Besides, the failure of medicines is having the worst impact on public health. There is a great need to take strict action against drug addiction in Himachal Pradesh as soon as possible. Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla has also issued guidelines to the Himachal Pradesh government to open its own de-addiction center.
