- Kangra News: Minister Yadavindra Goma Said Him Unnati Yojana Started For Farmers And Gardeners.
Himachal Pradesh AYUSH, Youth Services, Sports and Law Minister Yadavindra Goma said that Him Unnati Yojana has been started to make farmers self-reliant. Under this scheme, clusters of milk, vegetables, fruits and other cash crops are going to be established for the products of farmers.
Minister Yadavindra Goma was speaking at the farmers seminar organized through Atma Project in Karanghatt Gram Panchayat of Jaisinghpur assembly constituency of Kangra district on Monday. He said that under Himachal Agricultural Engineering Submission, agricultural equipment like tractor, power weeder or power tiller are being made available at 50 percent subsidy to women farmers and 40 percent subsidy to other farmers. He said that about quarter to two lakhs farmers of Himachal Pradesh have adopted natural farming. Farmers and gardeners are doing agriculture and horticulture work through this natural farming on more than 24,000 hectares of land.
Yadvindra Goma said that it is the priority of the Himachal Pradesh government to provide the benefits of government schemes to the last person. He said that officials of the Agriculture Department will organize such camps up to the Panchayat level to disseminate information about the schemes to the farmers through seminars and training programs.
Civil Hospital Jaisinghpur will be made an ideal health institution: Goma
Yadavindra Goma said that Civil Hospital Jaisinghpur will be made a model health institution under the important scheme of Himachal Government, so that the people of Jaisinghpur can get state-of-the-art health services here. He said that apart from deploying specialist doctors in Civil Hospital Jaisinghpur, a modern X-ray machine worth Rs 20 lakh has been made available. CT scan facility is going to be made available in the coming time.
Yadavindra Goma said that soon CM Sukhu is going to visit Jaisinghpur assembly constituency and a 10-bed Ayurvedic hospital is going to be announced for Karanghatt.
First installment of construction of building of Ayurveda dispensary Karanghatri released –
Minister Yadavindra Goma allocated Rs 25 lakh as the first installment for the construction of the building of Ayurveda Dispensary Karanghatt, four rooms in the Senior Secondary School, two and a half lakh for the building of Jai Durga Mahila Mandal, three lakh for the community building, five lakh for the construction of grounds. Lakh, Rs 1.5 lakh for the temple and electrification of hand pumps have been announced.
Yadavindra Goma has assured to fulfill all the demands of Karanghatri Panchayat in a phased manner.
Earlier, Assistant Director Atma Project Dr. Dinesh Rana welcomed the Chief Guest Yadavindra Goma and gave information about various schemes through Agriculture Department and Atma Project in Kangra district.
The entire program included local Panchayat head Ajay Pathania, Deputy Head Gyan Chand Dhiman, Om Prakash Dhiman, Ajay Bhandari, Rahul Pathania, Lekh Raj, Ravikant, BDO Kesar Singh, Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Dr. Aditya Vikas, progressive farmers, officers of various departments and dignitaries of Jaisinghpur assembly constituency were present.
