Good News For All Sections in Himachal from Today, 4% DA to Employees and Pensioners, MSP Applicable on Cow-Buffalo Milk

The people of Himachal Pradesh were eagerly waiting for 1st April, the moment has now arrived. From today, more than 3 lakh employees and pensioners of Himachal Pradesh will start getting the benefit of 4 percent dearness allowance. Employees and pensioners were waiting for dearness allowance for the last one year.

Similarly, lakhs of MGNREGA workers of Himachal Pradesh will start getting the benefit of the increase of Rs. 60 in daily wage from today. This is the first time that there has been such a huge increase in the daily wages of MGNREGA. Now laborers will get Rs 300 per day for working under MGNREGA. Before this, there had not been such a huge increase in the daily wages of MGNREGA workers in any government.

Similarly, MSP on cow and buffalo milk will also be implemented from today itself. In such a situation, cow milk will be purchased from farmers at Rs 45 per liter and buffalo milk at Rs 55 per liter, which will improve the economic health of lakhs of farmer families. This was announced by CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in his budget speech.

In Himachal Pradesh, daily wage laborers will get Rs 400 per day as wages from today. This has been increased by Rs 25. Similarly, outsourced workers will now get Rs 12,000 per month, with an increase of Rs 1,000 in the honorarium of Panchayat Chowkidar, it will now get Rs 8,000 and Revenue Chowkidar will get Rs 5,800 per month. Their honorarium has been increased by Rs 300. Revenue Lambardar will get Rs 4200, Panchayat Veterinary Assistant will get Rs 7500 with an increase of Rs 500.

Apart from this, the honorarium of Anganwadi workers has also increased by Rs 500. Anganwadi workers will now get an honorarium of Rs 10,000 every month. Mini Anganwadi workers will get 7000 with an increase of 400, After the increase of 300 in the honorarium of Anganwadi helpers, now they will get Rs 5500 every month, Asha workers will get Rs 5500 with an increase of 300, mid-day meal workers will get Rs 4500 per month with an increase of 500.

Whereas multi-purpose workers will get Rs 5000 per month, the honorarium of this category has increased by Rs 500. Multi purpose worker will now get Rs 5000. With this, para fitter and pump operator will get Rs 6300 per month with an increase of Rs 300. At the same time, after the increase of Rs 600, water carriers will now get Rs 5000 per month. Water protector will get Rs 5300 every month. Apart from this, the honorarium of SMC teachers has been increased by Rs 1900 and the honorarium of IT teachers has also been increased by Rs 1900 per month. Apart from this, it has also been announced in the budget speech to increase the honorarium of public representatives elected in Panchayati Raj institutions.
