Young man molests girl walking on foot
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 09:A case of molestation of a girl in broad daylight has come to light in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. The accused molested the girl by force and when the girl was asked to complain about the molestation to the police, the accused threatened to kill her. Showing courage, the victim lodged a complaint against the accused with the police and demanded to increase her security.

Let us tell you that the twenty-six year old victim has lodged a complaint with Dhali police station in-charge that last Wednesday at five in the evening, she was going on foot from Sanjauli Gurudwara in the capital Shimla to Sanjauli bus stop with her friends.
Then a young man came running from behind and touched me inappropriately on my shoulder and back and said that I know you. I have seen your photo on Facebook, I am also from wherever you live, the name of the accused is Kuldeep.
The victim told Dhali police station in-charge that she had just boarded a private bus from Sanjauli bus stop to Chhota Shimla when the accused Kuldeep also boarded with her and abused her by making obscene gestures, And when she got off the bus in Chhota Shimla, the accused threatened to kill her if she reported the complaint to the police.
Fearing the threats given by the accused Kuldeep, the victim approached Dhalli police station in-charge and pleaded for justice.
Dhali police station in-charge said that on the complaint of the victim, an FIR has been registered against the accused Kuldeep under sections 354, 354-D, 509 and 294 of the Indian Penal Code. Soon the accused will be behind the bars.
