Preeti, the promising daughter of Awantha village of Sangrah subdivision of Sirmaur district, has achieved the pride of becoming the Second Lieutenant Nursing in the Indian Army by passing the military nursing exam.

Sangrah, August 29: Preeti, the promising daughter of Awantha village of Sangrah subdivision of Sirmaur district, has achieved the pride of becoming the Second Lieutenant Nursing in the Indian Army by passing the military nursing exam. This success of Preeti has brought laurels to Sirmaur district. This is Preeti’s fourth consecutive important achievement.

Preeti first passed the Community Health Officer exam. Then she took up the post of Staff Nursing in IGMC’s Super Specialty Hospital in Chamiyana, Shimla. After this, she passed the Staff Nursing exam in AIIMS Bilaspur and started her services there. Now by passing the Military Nursing exam, Preeti has increased the prestige of her area and family.

Preeti’s early education was done in Roop Tara Public School, Gattadhar and she passed the 12th exam from Shishu Vidya Niketan Nahan. After completing B.Sc. Nursing from Baru Sahib College of Sirmaur district, Preeti has achieved four consecutive important achievements.

In Preeti’s family, her brother Shubham has done B.Tech from IIT Hamirpur and her other brother Priyanshu is doing MBBS from Medical College Chamba. Her mother Hema is a housewife, while her father Lal Singh is working as an Ayurvedic officer in the AYUSH department.

At present, Preeti has not decided whether she will continue her service in AIIMS Bilaspur or join the Indian Army. Meanwhile, there is a flood of people congratulating Preeti at home and on social media.
