Germaine Pratt
History
Pratt, a third-round selection by the Bengals in 2019, emerged as a defensive playmaker and was a crucial component of Cincinnati’s defence during the team’s journey to Super Bowl LVI in ’21. With 17 seconds left in the Wild Card Playoff, he intercepted Raiders quarterback Derek Carr, resulting in one of the most recognisable moments in Bengals history and giving Cincinnati its first playoff victory in 31 years. commenced all four postseason games and 15 regular-season games during the Bengals’ march to Super Bowl LVI.
In overtime of Game 1 vs. Minnesota, he made one of the most crucial defensive plays of the regular season when he forced and recovered a fumble by RB Dalvin Cook at the Bengals’ 38-yard line, preventing Minnesota from kicking a game-winning field goal and setting up a game-winning FG drive for Cincinnati. At N.C. State, he played S for the first three seasons of his college career before switching to LB in the pros. The Bengals DT B.J. Hill and I were college roommates. He earned the starting LB position midway through his rookie season, and he has been the regular starter ever since.

Season 2021
