A massive fire has occurred in the slums of Una district of Himachal Pradesh. Due to a massive fire in the slums, a woman of a family and her two children have died on the spot after being burnt alive. On the other hand, after the woman and two children got burnt, the husband also got seriously burnt in the fire and the condition of the husband is said to be critical. With the help of local people, the husband was referred to PGI Center Chandigarh after first aid with immediate effect. The investigation process has been started by all the teams of Una district police administration.

According to the complete information received from the incident site, an incident of massive fire has been recorded in the slums of migrants living in Bathu Gram Panchayat located in the area of Haroli Industrial Area of Una district. The incident took place late at night. In the horrific fire incident, the entire fire has been brought under controlled by the local people of Bathu Gram Panchayat and fire brigade personnel. Una District Police Administration and Himachal Pradesh SFL Forensic Teams have not yet been able to find out all the important causes of the fire in the investigation process.

Due to unknown reasons, a massive fire broke out in three migrant slums in Bathu Gram Panchayat under Tahliwal police station of Una district late on Saturday night.

In the entire Bathu Gram Panchayat fire accident, Sumit Devi, age twenty-five years, wife Vijay Shankar, current resident of Bathu Gram Panchayat, permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh, their son Ankit age (nine months) and daughter Naina age five years, died by burning alive in the fire.

In Bathu Gram Panchayat, the deceased woman Sumit Devi, aged twenty-five, and her husband Vijay Shankar, aged thirty, current situation are said to be in critical condition due to severe burn injuries in the fire. Vijay Shankar was first taken to Regional Hospital Una for first aid, from there after first aid Vijay Shankar was referred to PGI Chandigarh with immediate effect. The further investigation process has been started by the teams under Tahliwal police station of Una district police administration.
