Under this, the state level Suket Devta Mela-2024 is going to be inaugurated on 13th April. At the same time, for the state level Suket Devta Mela, Bada Dev Kamrunag has left from his Majhothi Kothi in Rohanda after the formal worship on Thursday. Dev Kamrunag will accept the hospitality of the devotees at various places from Suraj Pakkha Rohanda to Sundernagar.

The deities will travel about 40 kilometers on foot to participate in the state level Suket Devta Mela. Bada Dev Kamrunag, in the form of Vishnu, is going to participate in the fair along with his deities from his Majhothi Kothi Rohada. Giving information, Secretary of Kamrunag Temple Committee Rohanda, Duni Chand Thakur said that Dev Kamrunag has left from his Majhothi Kothi on Thursday to participate in Suket Devta Mela Sundernagar.

Duni Chand Thakur said that it would take two days for the deity to reach the city and on 13th April the deity would enter Sundernagar city. Before this, like every year, the deity will be welcomed by Gram Panchayat Chambi. After this the administration will welcome the deity. He said that on April 13, the deities will reach Shukdev Vatika for the inauguration puja and procession of the fair.
