Himachal Pradesh Police is soon going to take action against all the accused by introducing challan action in the entire cryptocurrency fraud case.

Addressing the Diary Times Press Conference after the important meeting held with Himachal Pradesh State Home Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police and all other officials, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Mukesh Agnihotri ji gave this information to Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma Has given All Clarified Information.

In the much-discussed cryptocurrency fraud case of the entire Himachal Pradesh, strict action has been taken under the Himachal Pradesh State (Banning of Un-Regulated Deposit Scheme) BUDS Act, 2019 against all the main accused in the entire case of cheating thousands of people by luring them to invest by doubling their money. All orders to take action have been issued.

Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Mukesh Agnihotri today directed all the officials of Himachal Pradesh Home Department that under the Unregulated Deposit Scheme Ban Bill, all the accused in the Himachal Pradesh Cryptocurrency Fraud case will be sentenced to ten years imprisonment.

In this important meeting, Himachal Pradesh Police Director General Dr. Sanjay Kundu said that Himachal Pradesh Police is soon going to introduce the process and take serious action against all the accused.

This information was given by Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Mukesh Agnihotri through Diary Times Press Conference after an important meeting held with Himachal Pradesh Home Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Dr. Sanjay Kundu and all other officials.

While addressing the Diary Times press conference, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Mukesh Agnihotri said that the Himachal Pradesh government will return the money to all the people of Himachal Pradesh who have been lured into investing by luring them with the promise of doubling their money.

Mukesh Agnihotri also said that the Himachal Pradesh government will return the money to the people by auctioning all the properties that have been seized by all the accused in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case.

Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Mukesh Agnihotri said that the name of any MLA has not come forward yet in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case.

Mukesh Agnihotri also said that till now ten accused have been arrested by Himachal Pradesh Police and SIT in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case and eighty mobile phones have been seized.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Mukesh Agnihotri said that action is yet to be taken by the SIT against forty accused in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case.

Mukesh Agnihotri ji said that in the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case, Himachal Pradesh Police DIG Abhishek Dullar has done the best work and is playing an important role in arresting all the accused.

Mukesh Agnihotri said that on behalf of the Government of India, Union Minister Ramdas Athawale was the first to send a letter to the Government of Himachal Pradesh informing him that a SIT would be registered against all the accused in the entire cryptocurrency fraud case by luring the people of Himachal Pradesh to double the money and All Instructions were issued to form SIT.

Due to which, during the monsoon session of Himachal Pradesh Assembly, orders to constitute SIT in the Himachal Pradesh Cryptocurrency Fraud case were issued by Honorable Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania.

The entire proceedings and investigation of Himachal Pradesh State SIT found that in the entire Himachal Pradesh Cryptocurrency Fraud case, a fraud of Rs. twenty-five hundred crores has been done to the people of Himachal Pradesh.

Mukesh Agnihotri said that when the SIT was formed, initially only eight complaints were filed, but as the number of people is increasing, so far more than three hundred complaints have been filed in the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case Has been registered By SIT.

Mukesh Agnihotri said that if the recovery of approximately Rs 500 crore in the entire Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case is not done by the SIT, then the Himachal Pradesh government will not be able to easily return their money to the people.

Mukesh Agnihotri said that till now more than one lakh people of Himachal Pradesh have been involved in the cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh through digital scam, under which people have been cheated by creating two and a half lakh IDs.

In the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case, more than a hundred accused have earned more than two hundred crore rupees. Also, in the cryptocurrency fraud case, more than two hundred accused have earned more than one crore rupees from the people of Himachal Is The Radar of HP Police And SIT.

Mukesh Agnihotri said that in view of the expiry of the visa date of Subhash, the main accused in the cryptocurrency fraud case, the Himachal Pradesh government has issued a look out notice through Interpol and all efforts are being made to bring Subhash back to India soon for strict action And All Process Have been Done By SIT.

Mukesh Agnihotri said that in the Himachal Pradesh cryptocurrency fraud case, the entire fraud has been carried out through people’s mobile phones in the form of digital transactions.

Himachal Pradesh Police has started the investigation process by recovering all the websites in the entire cryptocurrency fraud case.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Mukesh Agnihotri told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the SIT has received complete details of how much money the people of Himachal have invested in these websites in the name of doubling.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Mukesh Agnihotri said that in the cryptocurrency fraud case, more than five thousand government employees of Himachal Pradesh government have also invested in these websites in the greed of doubling the money and among all these investors, employees of Himachal Pradesh Police are also included.

No changes have been made in the SRT process in Himachal Pradesh, only the tax evasion process has been stopped – Mukesh Agnihotri

In Himachal Pradesh, under the Special Road Tax Act, the tax on vanity vans of Bollywood production houses for film stars has been increased.
