CM Sukhu: Hotels And Restaurants Will Remain Open 24 Hours Till January 5, Decision Taken For The Convenience of Tourists.

To ensure that all the tourists visiting Himachal Pradesh do not have to wander here and there for food and accommodation at night, the Himachal Pradesh government has given permission to all hotel and restaurant operators to remain open 24 hours. This exemption has been implemented only till January 5. After inaugurating the first Winter Carnival of Shimla at the Ridge Ground in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that many important decisions are being taken by the Himachal Pradesh Government for the convenience of tourists. CM Sukhu said that the most heart-wrenching natural disaster in the entire history of Himachal Pradesh had occurred, but even after the natural disaster, lakhs of tourists have reached Himachal Pradesh.

CM Sukhu said that the tourists have full faith in the Government of Himachal Pradesh which is working day and night on a war footing to promote tourism in Himachal Pradesh. CM Sukhu said that in the last two days, more than thirty thousand vehicles have entered the tourist city Manali of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh and more than sixteen thousand vehicles have entered the capital Shimla. CM Sukhu said that when the heart-wrenching natural disaster occurred in Himachal Pradesh, it seemed that the tourism sector of Himachal Pradesh was completely devastated, but the people of Himachal Pradesh, officials and cabinet members. Due to the efforts made by Himachal Pradesh Peoples, tourism is now completely back on track. The simplicity and historical culture of the people of Himachal Pradesh has again attracted tourists to Himachal Pradesh.

Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that Himachal Pradesh Police will no longer go to the lock-up, but will go to the hotels to drop lakhs of tourists completely engrossed in the celebrations. All guidelines have also been issued to provide all facilities to the tourists. CM Sukhu said that tourists from all outside states are also being continuously appealed not to create ruckus. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that the entire report on the entire case of driving with open windows in the tourist city Manali has been submitted to me. Now the action process has also been started on this matter. CM Sukhu said that tourists from outside states should not do such things at all, due to which there is a risk of huge loss to the tourists.
