CM Sukhu: Gardeners Will Get Universal Carton From Next Apple Season, Relief Amount of Rs 23 Crore Distributed

Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that farmers and gardeners will start getting universal cartons from the apple season in the coming new year. The entire thing was said by CM Sukhu on Tuesday during the inauguration of the processing plant at Parala in Theog, Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. CM Sukhu has inaugurated the processing plant built at a cost of about Rs 100 crore at Parala in Theog. CM Sukhu said that the construction of a processing plant in Parala is going to benefit the apple growers of Himachal Pradesh the most. Fresh apple juice, jam, squash, wine, apple vinegar will be prepared in the government undertaking HPMC in the processing plant of Parala.

Fresh apple juice, jam, squash, wine, apple vinegar all the products manufactured by HPMC are going to be supplied in all over India. Every year, 1,800 metric tons of apple concentrate, 50 thousand liters of apple vinegar as well as vinegar are going to be produced in the apple processing plant located at Parala. After returning from Parala, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu reached Potato Ground in Theog and distributed relief amount of Rs 23 crore to 2,600 natural disaster affected people from different areas of Shimla district.

CM Sukhu said that out of the special package of Rs 4,500 crore, an amount of Rs 7 lakh each was provided to all the disaster affected people whose houses were completely damaged due to the natural disaster in Himachal Pradesh to build their houses. A relief amount of Rs 1 lakh has been provided to all the disaster affected people whose houses were partially damaged. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has provided relief to all the disaster affected people who have suffered damage to their gardens, cattle, farms, barns and cow sheds during heavy rains. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has also announced the opening of a new blood bank in Theog Hospital.

On the demand of Theog Hospital Bachao Sangharsh Samiti, CM Sukhu has assured to fill the vacant posts of doctors as soon as possible. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has also announced the construction of a fire brigade building on the demand of MLA Kuldeep Rathore from Theog assembly constituency. During the entire program, all the MLAs of Shimla district registered their presence on the stage along with Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. Himachal Pradesh Government’s Education Minister Rohit Thakur, Himachal Pradesh Government’s Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi, Himachal Pradesh Government’s Panchayati Raj Minister Anirudh Singh, Himachal Pradesh Government’s Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh, MLA ML Brakta, MLA Kuldeep Rathore and MLA Nand Lal Also present on the stage.

CM Sukhu left for Delhi in the evening –

After returning from the program at Theog, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has flown to the capital of India, New Delhi. The main reason for this is that the Congress Party High Command has called Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu as well as Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, all Cabinet Ministers, all CPS, Himachal Pradesh Congress State President and all the officials and former party presidents of Himachal Pradesh Congress to Delhi. During the meeting, a strategy will be made for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. It is also said to be proposed to be discussed in the capital Delhi regarding Himachal Pradesh government and organization.

Save Theog Hospital Sangharsh Committee submitted memorandum to CM Sukhu regarding all its demands –

A memorandum has also been submitted to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today by Theog Hospital Bachao Sangharsh Committee. Save Theog Hospital Sangharsh Committee has also organized a meeting on hunger strike for the last nine days due to the continuous shortage of doctors and para medical staff in Theog Hospital and after the meeting it has been announced that the Theog will be closed on 29th December.
