Efforts are being made to provide better treatment to the patients coming from remote areas of the district in Pandit Jawaharlal Medical College running in Chamba, an aspirational district of the state. Electrolysis analyzer machine has been installed in the biochemistry department of the medical college.
Principal of Medical College Chamba, Dr. S.S. Dogra, inaugurated this machine after offering prayers. With the installation of this machine, LFT, RFT, uric acid, heart, kidney, sugar, liver and many other facilities will be available. On this occasion, But Dr. Pankaj Gupta, spokesperson of Medical College Chamba and Chairman of the Medicine Department, said that the people of Chamba district will get a lot of benefit from this test machine. He said that earlier the patients had to go to private labs for testing of various diseases, but now everyone All types of tests will be free of cost at Chamba Medical College and test reports will also be available on the same day.
The tests which were earlier done outside, we used to send the patients outside, now the same will be done here and there will be free tests as per the criteria and we will get their report on the same day. With this machine we can do LFT, RFT, Uric acid, We will provide the facility of all other tests including heart, kidney, sugar and liver tests and also emergency electrolyse test and apart from this, there are other key tests which will be facilitated by this machine and it will be of great benefit to the people here.
