Retired employees of HRTC attacked the Sukhu government and said that none of the pending demands were taken seriously for years, due to which now a big movement will take place during the Lok Sabha elections and the Sukhu government will be on the back foot.

This was said in the meeting of Himachal Transport Retired Welfare Forum by retired employees of HRTC in Mandi district.A large number of retired employees of HRTC Mandi Division had arrived during the meeting.

In the press conference after the end of the meeting, Himachal Pradesh Executive President of Retired Welfare Forum of Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation, Brij Lal Thakur said that the arrears of eight thousand retired employees of HRTC have not been paid by the Sukhu government since the year 2016 and Also, the installment amount of Rs 50,000 released by the former Jairam government is still not being released by the Sukhu government.

Brijlal Thakur said that eight thousand retired employees of HRTC are fighting for their rights because all of them have worked in HRTC for many years where the situation was very critical. He openly warned the Sukhu government that if in the coming months of May and June Meanwhile, if the arrears of eight thousand retired HRTC employees are not paid, the Congress government will come to power in the Lok Sabha elections.
