Congress is adopting various tactics to win the elections. Himachal Pradesh Police has issued orders to take action against those spreading fake news in view of the elections, But two photographs shared by Sirmaur District BJP President Vinay Kumar Gupta through the social media platform Facebook were edited by some mischievous element of the Congress and the two photographs of the BJP President with the national flag of India were converted into the flag of the Congress party. Now Rumors are being spread that President Vinay Kumar Gupta belongs to the Congress Party.

In this matter, Bharatiya Janata Party Nahan Mandal President Pratap Thakur has submitted a written complaint about the entire matter to the Election Commission and SP Sirmaur Raman Kumar Meena.
It has been told in the written complaint letter that under BJP’s Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, on August 13, 2023, Sirmaur BJP District President Vinay Kumar Gupta had posted two pictures of the National Flag of India on his official social media platform Facebook, But on May 3, Vinay Kumar Gupta saw that his photo was being made viral on a Facebook account in the name of Nahan Assembly and he was being said to be promoting the Indian National Congress Party. Both the original photo and the edited photo of Vinay Kumar Gupta are shown in the complaint letter.
