Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway of Himachal Pradesh has once again been blocked for traffic by a young man named Rajan Kant with great anger by placing stones, street vendors as well as cot beds near the road to Mangrot.

Rajan Kant, who has claimed eight biswa of land on the Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway of Himachal Pradesh, has completely blocked the one lane road near Mangrot by installing stones, street vendors as well as cot beds for traffic.

Rajan Kant told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that he himself had applied several times to Bilaspur District Administration Headquarters to return his eight Biswa land, but only assurance was given by all the officials of Bilaspur District Administration and no action of any kind was given. Due to no action being taken, Rajan Kant is forced to declare possession of his own eight Biswa land.

On the other hand, eight Biswa land of one lane has been blocked by Rajan Kant near Mangrot on Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway of Himachal Pradesh by completely closing it to maintain the traffic system.

Also, the traffic system is being operated smoothly by Rajan Kant on the second lane of Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway at Mangrot in Himachal Pradesh.

Rajan Kant told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that eight biswas of his land has been vacated on the Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway, but Himachal Pradesh government and Bilaspur district administration have given only assurance, But no action is being taken to return the eight biswa land.

Rajan Kant also said that even before this, he himself had been continuously trying to disrupt the traffic system of one lane of Shimla-Dharamshala National Highway at Mangrot.
