Kick boxer Akhil Thakur from Delag village in Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh is going to represent the Indian kick boxing team in the upcoming Indian Open International tournament to be held in Delhi.
The Indian Open International competition is scheduled to be held from November 7 to November 11 at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in Delhi.
Kick boxer Akhil Thakur from Delag village of Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh is going to participate in the kick light event of 89 kg weight category in the Indian Open International Championship.
Players from a total of 20 countries are going to participate in the Indian Open International competition.

Apart from this, Akhil Thakur has also performed brilliantly in kick boxing by representing India in Turkey and Portugal.
