The conducting body of Civil Judge PCS J is Bihar public service Commission. Mode of examination will be offline while the mode of application is fully Online. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Bihar BPSC Civil Judge PCS J exam 2023: Selection Procedure
As per the notification released the selection procedure consists of different stages.
There will be three stage :
- Preliminary Examination
- Mains Examination
- Personal Interview.
Candidates need to succeed in all in order to secure a post.
Bihar BPSC Civil Judge PCS J exam 2023: Examination Process
The examination will be held in two parts, first one which will be a MCQ General knowledge based examination and the other which will be a MCQ legal studies topic based paper.
It will carry 150 marks.
The minimum marks for different categories is as follows:
- General: minimum 45%
- Reserved : 40%

- OBC: 18 seats out of which 06 are reserved for women candidates.

The following Possessions are needed to be carried by the aspirants in order to participate in the Process of recruitment.
Educational qualifications:
- A Degree in LLB from a recognized board.
- An Advocate as per the Advocates law 1961.
Age Limit:
- The minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years of age.
- The maximum age of the candidates should be 35 years of age.
Others:
- Should be an Indian Citizen.
- Should have a neat and clean record.

The application fee is to be paid after filling the form and before submitting it. The form submission wouldn’t be completed without paying the fees.
