Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Kutlehar, April 04: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, while starting the election campaign from Kutlehar in Una, made a direct attack on six Congress rebels. Addressing a public meeting in Samurkalan, the Chief Minister said that sellouts and eaters will not do. Jairam Thakur with 25 MLAs is talking about forming a government, he should save his MLAs from being sold. They can be sold in any market, preserve them. The Congress government with absolute majority will last for 5 years.
We do not have the power of money, we have the power of honesty, morality and the courage of the people. We have proof that six Congress rebels and three independents have been sold for Rs 15 crore each. Its layers have started to be revealed in the police investigation. Who paid the hotel bills, with whose money the helicopters were taken, all this is now coming to light. All of them will go behind the bars.
Thakur Sukhwvinder Singh, while communicating directly with the public, said that these brokers are not wanted in politics. Teach them a lesson by hurting them with votes and get their security deposits confiscated. Former Kutlehar MLA Davinder Kumar Bhutto used to come to him only to call the Superintending Engineer and Executive Engineer for the tender of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana, he never raised the problems of the public. He used to give the work related to the public to the PA, he sometimes asked me to do the work for the people, I myself kept doing the work for the public after reading the papers given by him. Now the fight is between truth and lies. Lies will collide with truth again and again, Bhutto will come again and again and tell lies. He has to be taught a lesson.
The Chief Minister said, I have sounded the election trumpet from Kutlehar, I will reach every Panchayat and every person and convey my voice. We Will win all six seats of by-elections along with Hamirpur-Una and will also win all four Lok Sabha seats. The government has fulfilled 5 out of 10 guarantees during its tenure of 1.25 years. We have given OPS, the government has started schemes like Sukhashraya Yojana for destitute children, Startup Yojana for youth, Day Boarding School, MSP on milk etc. The Chief Minister said that I am the son of a poor family and a farmer, I have reached the post of Chief Minister through struggle and I understand the pain of the common man.
