Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Mandi, May 17Father and son have been completely burnt due to a massive fire that broke out in Alagabadi of Bharadu Gram Panchayat under Jogindernagar sub-division of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.
70 year old father Anirudh Chaudhary died on the spot due to burning in the fire while the condition of 40 year old son Suresh Chaudhary is said to be critical.

Police in-charge told that on Friday morning at 11 am, father Anirudh Chaudhary had gone to the cow shed of his house to give fodder to the animals, when suddenly a huge fire broke out from the cow shed and father Anirudh Chaudhary got burnt badly in the fire. And as soon as son Suresh Chaudhary came to know about the fire, he immediately ran and entered the cow shed to save his father, due to which Suresh also got badly burnt.
The reasons for the fire in the cowshed are not yet known by the police.
As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade employees pulled out the burnt body of Anirudh from the roof and sent him to the hospital for treatment with the help of 108 ambulance.
SP Mandi Sakshi Verma said that one person has died due to fire in the cowshed and the injured has been admitted to the hospital. The police reached the spot and started investigation.
