Bank of India Probationary Officer 2023 Vacancy

Bank of India Probationary Officer 2023 has announced the availability of 500 vacant seats of  Credit Officer in the General Banking Stream and IT officer in the Specialist Stream.

The post- wise streams are provided below:

• Credit Officers in the General Banking stream: 350 seats
• IT officer in Specialist stream : 150 seats

Bank of India Probationary Officer Eligibility Criteria:

For the candidates to be able to ensure their participation in the examination of Probationary Officers recruitment.

Educational Qualification:

• Credit Officer: Candidate should have a graduate degree in any field. The candidate should have all the certificates and marksheets required.
• IT Officer: 4 years degree in  Engineering field with the specialization in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Instrumentals.

Nationality :

• A candidates should be  a citizen of India or,
• A citizen of Nepal or,
• A citizen of Bhutan or,
• Should be a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January, 1962.

Age criteria:

• For the post of Credit Officer:  20 – 29 years of age.
• For the post of IT officer: 20 – 29 years of age.

Age Relaxation provided as per category:

• SC/ST: 5 years.
• OBC: 3 years.
• Person with benchmark disabilities: 10 years.
• Ex- Serviceman/ ECOs/ SSCOs who have served at least for 5 years: 5 years.
• Person affected by 1984 riot: 5 years.

Bank of India Probationary Officer 2023 Online Application Process

The process of registration for the post of Probationary Officer has started. Interested candidates are advised to read all the eligibility criteria provided upwards carefully and after finding themselves fitting in it, apply for the post by logging into https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/boipojan23/.

The Application process is set to begin from 11th  february, 2023 and end on 25th February, 2023.

For filling the form the candidates need to follow the following process:

• Registration: The Candidates have to register themselves on the portal by filling required data such as, Name, Parent’s name, mobile number, email ID, Date of Birth, etc,.

A Registration Number and password will be sent to you through email/ SMS.

Save that on your Device Or Take a print out of it for future reference.

• Application Form: After getting registered successfully, Candidates need to Apply for the examination by logging into the Application portal by entering the ID and Password sent via Email/ SMS.

After logging in, the candidates need to fill in all the necessary details and upload all the required documents such as, Scanned Photograph, signature, Certificates of educational qualifications and certificate of Category (if any).

• Fee Payment: After completing all the factors mentioned above, the candidates need to Pay the fee in order to ensure the completion of their form filling and submit the application.

Bank of India Probationary Officer PO recruitment exam 2023 Selection Process

The candidates in order to secure their seats as the probationary officer needs to clear the following rounds:

• The Online Test Round.
• The Group Discussion Round.
• The Interview Round.

The Online Test Round:

•  The exam will be Computer Based.
• There will be negative marking. Cutting off 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
