Highlights –For widening the Air Strip of Bhuntar Airport, the District Tourism Department of Kullu Completed the Formalities and Sent the Documents to the Central Government.
To widen the Air Strip of Bhuntar Airport in Kullu district, the District Tourism Department has Completed the Formalities and Sent the Documents to the Central Government.
Talking to Diary Times, District Tourism Development Officer Sunaina Sharma has said that after getting approval from the Centre, the airstrip of this airport will be widened from the point of view of security, which will provide good facilities for planes to take off and land.
That the Airport has Decimal Zero Nine Four Six Hectare Land Which is Necessary to Widen the air strip from security point of view on the recommendation of DGCA.
District Tourism Development Officer Sunaina Sharma while talking to Diary Times said that we have to do a little widening of the air strip which is our Bhuntar airport and it is about 0.0946 hectares which is the entire land.
Which we will acquire and since it is forest land, we have to process FCA which is in it and we have already initiated the process of FCA and it is under process.
