CM Sukhu Unveils ₹53.96-Crore Development Package for Rampur Bushehar
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated and laid foundation stones for development projects worth ₹53.96 crore in Rampur Bushehar, including health infrastructure, drinking water schemes, irrigation upgrades, road improvements, and a new shopping complex.
Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for development projects totaling ₹53.96 crore in Rampur Bushehar, Shimla district.
He inaugurated the new Community Health Centre building at Gram Panchayat Dhar Gaura, built at a cost of ₹3.27 crore. He also opened the strengthened drinking water supply schemes under the Jal Shakti Sub-Division Rampur, completed with an outlay of ₹1.78 crore, and ₹74.38 lakh worth of improvement works for the Flow Irrigation Scheme (FIS) at Foula Ladhidhar in Tehsil Nankhari. In addition, he inaugurated the ₹89 lakh residence-cum-office complex of the Assistant Engineer, PWD Sarahan.
The Chief Minister laid foundation stones for several major initiatives, including the upgradation of the Jeori–Sarahan road under NABARD, estimated at ₹25.76 crore, and the lift drinking water supply scheme for the ITBP Colony at Nogli, to be built at a cost of ₹2.77 crore. He also launched the ₹4.57 crore project to strengthen drinking water supply schemes for the Munish-Bhali and Darkali panchayats, along with the Flow Irrigation Scheme from Belupul to Majheoti in Tehsil Nankhari, costing ₹1.19 crore.
He further laid the foundation stones for a ₹3 crore sewerage system for Nagar Parishad Rampur and a multi-storey shopping complex and bus stand at Nankhari, to be constructed at a cost of ₹9.96 crore.
