Chief Minister Reviews Preparations for 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Sunday directed officials to ensure all necessary arrangements for the commemoration of the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur, to be held in Shimla on November 1 and 2.

He emphasized making adequate transportation and accommodation arrangements for the devotees expected to attend the event from across the state and beyond.

The Chief Minister also instructed the Shimla Municipal Corporation to ensure the availability of clean drinking water, proper sanitation, and uninterrupted power supply at the venue during the two-day event.

The review meeting was attended by MLA Harish Janartha, Mayor Surender Chauhan, Secretary and President of the Shimla Singh Sabha Jaswinder Singh, and presidents of gurdwaras from across the state.
