Ukraine’s President Zelensky Says He Is Ready to Step Down After the War

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told the news outlet Axios that he is prepared to step down once the war with Russia comes to an end.

“My goal is to end the war,” Zelensky was quoted as saying, “not to continue running for office.”
