Himachal Pradesh is Become A Hotspot for Cyber Crime As Unknown (Name Not Identified) Hacker’s of Punjab & Pakistan’s Location Hacked Old Regime & Non Maintained Himachal Pradesh Industry Department Official Website and The Interesting Thing is That no one From Department Got Updates About This Website is Converted Into ‘HP CM RELIEF FUND PORTAL’ and Collecting Payments Worth Lakhs On Daily Basis.

As Soon As Department Official Gets Realised That Big Fraud is Ongoing, Website Under Controlled And All the Access is Removed and Calculating How Much Amount is Deposited in Fraudsters Account which is of Punjab Numbers Qr and Bank Account.

Identifying Fraud Activities – Tilak Raj Sharma, Additional Director of the Industry Department Lodged FIR in Chotta Shimla Police Station with Immediate Effect As Unknown Accused Under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita BNS, Section 318 (4) BNS and Section 66 (C) of IT Act.

Complainant Confirmed that the department’s official website is hosted in Himachal Pradesh State Data Center, Mehli, Shimla From Last 7 years.

Tilak Raj Sharma Said That to Chotta Shimla Police In-Charge that On July 28, an employee posted in the industries department informed him that an unknown person has created a webpage in the name of HP CM Relief Fund on the Official website and has Placed his personal bank account and QR code. Whereas only the data center team located in Mehli has the permission to put any page on the department official website.

The data center team Mehli confirmed that this fake webpage was uploaded by Hacker’s on July 26.

As Soon The Fraud Prevention System Alarmed, The department official website was temporarily shut down on July 28 for security patches and was restarted on July 29 after following the removing Hacker’s IP Address.

During the preliminary investigation in Mehli Data Center, on July 29, an employee of the department made a test transaction of Rs 1 from her personal HDFC account. This payment was found to be linked to the UPI ID of an unknown person belongs to Punjab.

From Here On, It is not yet clear how much money the public has deposited in this fake account between July 26 and 28.

The complainant Additional Director alleges that the unknown person not only cheated people by hacking the government’s official website, but also tried to tarnish the image of the department and the government.
