Seminar on National Education Policy at Himachal Pradesh Central University: Academicians Share Insights on Education Reform

Shimla, March 27: Himachal Pradesh Central University (HPU) hosted a thought-provoking seminar on the “National Education Policy and Indian Knowledge System” at its Dhauladhar Campus-1. Organized by the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the event provided a platform for academicians to present their views on the significance of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and its integration with India’s rich educational heritage.

The seminar began with a warm welcome by Dr. Archana Katoch, Dean of the School of Journalism, Mass Communication, and New Media. She expressed her gratitude to the keynote speaker, Prof. Pradeep Kumar, Dean of Academic Affairs, and the chief guest, Prof. Mohinder Singh, Director of IQAC, for their presence and valuable contributions.

Prof. Pradeep Kumar, the keynote speaker, delivered an insightful lecture on the role of the National Education Policy in shaping the future of education in India.
