Kinnaur, Sourabh Jaiswal: Road Safety Month program was organized by Transport Department and Regional Hospital Reckong Peo in Reckong Peo of Kinnaur district today. The program was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Kinnaur Amit Kumar Sharma.

During this, the general public was made aware about road safety and traffic rules, while a free eye check-up camp was organized at Bus Stand Reckong Peo.

Forty-four people got their eyes checked in the camp.

In the program, the Deputy Commissioner distributed IEC material to the people present along with taking an oath to follow road safety rules.

The Deputy Commissioner made the people present aware about the precautions to be taken while driving and following traffic rules so that road accidents can be reduced.
