Skyscraper Catches Fire
An under-construction skyscraper in Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district was engulfed in flames early Friday.
- The future 42-storey Kimpton Hotel was to have 500 rooms across 340,000 square feet of interior space.
- Two bystanders were taken to the hospital for treatment.
- Embers and burning debris rained down on the streets while firefighters worked to control the fire.
