Seoul: North Korea fired an “unidentified ballistic missile” on Wednesday morning, Yonhap news agency quoted Seoul’s military as saying, Pyongyang’s second such launch in a week.

Yonhap said Seoul’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said it “detected the launch” but gave no further details, saying analysis was ongoing. Tokyo also confirmed the launch, warning coast guard ships to be cautious.
