Irregularities in tenders of Nagar Parishad Nerchowk, Vigilance raids

Mandi, September 11: There is irregularity in the tenders being issued by Nagar Parishad Nerchowk. A person has submitted a complaint to the Vigilance regarding this matter, after which the Vigilance team raided the office of Nagar Parishad Nerchowk on Wednesday evening at around 4:30 pm. The Vigilance team also questioned the officers and employees present here and also scrutinized the records. The complainant has alleged in the complaint submitted to the Vigilance that many irregularities are being committed in the tender process in the office of Nagar Parishad Nerchowk. The Vigilance team has conducted this raid to check the truth of these allegations.

The team asked for the record of the current tenders here and investigated it. After investigation, the Vigilance team will take the record in its possession as per the need. The investigation will find out whether all the formalities related to the tender have been completed or not. Whether all the tenders have been allotted as per the rules or not. The investigation will proceed after the facts are revealed in this regard. DSP Vigilance Mandi Priyank Gupta has confirmed the matter. He said that an investigation has been conducted in the Nagar Parishad Nerchowk office to investigate the allegations made in the complaint. The matter is being investigated as per rules.

Raid was given in the office of Jal Shakti Department a few days ago

Here too, allegations of irregularities in the tender process were made. Vigilance had also seized the documents of the spot and they are being investigated.
