Himachal’s Brahmin girl embraces Islam, family accuses of brainwashing
Mandi, September 11: A case of a Brahmin girl from a village under the Aut police station area of the district embracing Islam has come to light. This was revealed when the girl’s family reached the Aut police station to lodge a complaint in this regard.
The girl’s family has said in a complaint to the police that their daughter is doing activities related to Islam at home and due to this the atmosphere of the whole house has become tense. The family has expressed apprehension of a conspiracy behind their daughter’s conversion to Islam and that some Muslim youth is behind this whole episode. The family says that their daughter has been brainwashed as part of a conspiracy and now she is forgetting her religion and talking about Islam.
Let us tell you that this girl studies in Punjab and also works in the private sector. The family says that this whole episode has been carried out in Punjab itself and after coming from there, their daughter has started doing such acts. In the complaint submitted to the police, they have demanded a thorough investigation and concrete action in this case.
Meanwhile, SP Mandi Sakshi Verma has confirmed the case. She said that on the complaint of the family, the police has started investigating the case. The girl’s statement is being recorded and action is being taken on the basis of the complaint given by the family. Further action will be taken based on the facts that will come out in the investigation.
