Shimla, August 31: Himachal Pradesh University has started many new courses for the new session 2024-2025, which is a golden opportunity for employment for the students. Students can apply online for this.
HPU has started many such courses, diplomas for the students which are helpful in providing employment opportunities to the students. In this, courses like LLM, MA Physical Education, PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology as well as short term, add on, skill development are also being made available to the students.
Certificate courses include Beekeeping, Mushroom Farming, Environmental Science, Forensic Science, Microbiology, Indian Knowledge System, Population Studies, German, Russian, Public Policy and Governance, Bhoti Language, Rethinking Development Issues and Challenges, Social Work, Environmental Economics, Understanding Human Rights, Vedic Mathematics.
Along with this, diploma courses include German, Russian, Folk Literature, Bhoti Language, Biotechnology and Advanced Diploma in German, Russian, Bhoti Language and PG Diploma Course in Tabla and Ancient Indian Mathematics. Admission for LLM will be through entrance exam. Admission for other courses will be given on the basis of merit.
Application fee for LLM is Rs. 1000 for general category students and Rs. 500 for reserved categories. Application fee for MA Physical Education is Rs. 700 for general categories and Rs. 350 for reserved categories. Application fee for PG Diploma is Rs. 500 for both the categories. For other courses, application fee is Rs. 500 for general categories and Rs. 250 for reserved categories.
