Arki: Principal of government school commits fraud, embezzles thousands of rupees in connivance with contractor and painter

Solan, August 30: Om Prakash Sharma, the then principal of Government Senior Secondary School Balera in Arki, has been accused of fraud. The team of State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau has registered a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
According to the investigation report, the accused Om Prakash misused his position and along with contractor Devendra Kumar and painter Vijay Kumar prepared fake documents for the construction of a water tank.
It is alleged that these people committed the fraud by making fake receipts of ₹93,840/-. Vigilance SP Anjum Ara has confirmed the case. She said that the matter is being investigated thoroughly.
