Hello…I am Inspector Hemraj from Mumbai Police, MLA Sudhir Sharma threatened with arrest
Sudhir Sharma termed these threats as an attempt to tarnish his image and said that this is the third time in the last four-five months that he has received such threats.
Dharamshala, August 21: A sensational case of BJP leader and Dharamshala MLA Sudhir Sharma receiving threatening calls and messages from Mumbai has recently come to light. The person threatening tried to intimidate Sudhir Sharma by calling himself a sub-inspector of Mumbai Police. Sudhir Sharma informed the Kangra SP about this matter and demanded strict action against the culprit.
In the complaint, Sudhir Sharma told that the person calling told his name as Hemraj Koli and called himself a sub-inspector of Mumbai Police. This person claimed that 17 FIRs were registered against Sudhir Sharma and demanded information about his activities and location every hour. If he did not do so, he was threatened with arrest by Mumbai Police.
Sudhir Sharma termed these threats as an attempt to tarnish his image and said that this is the third time in the last four-five months that he has received such threats. First his house was reconnoitered using a drone, then he was threatened during the elections as well. He said that such incidents are mentally disturbing him.
Expressing concern, the MLA said that till now no case has been investigated properly, due to which there is anger among the public. The intellectuals have also condemned this incident and demanded immediate action from the police. Sudhir Sharma clarified that he is not going to be afraid of such threats and will remain firm in his resolve to serve the public.
