Shimla, July 29: Candidates will not be able to apply for the main examination of HAS under Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at present. Due to technical reasons, the site is closed and a notification has also been issued by the Additional Secretary of the Public Service Commission, Sushma Vats.
