22nd death anniversary of late Chief Minister Thakur Ram Lal: People of Jubbal Assembly constituency remembered his contribution to the development of Himachal Pradesh.
The Education Minister said that today a demand has been made to install a statue of Thakur Ram Lal in Jubbal assembly constituency on the occasion of his death anniversary. This subject will be necessarily talked to the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
Shimla, July 06: Himachal Pradesh Education Minister Rohit Thakur on Saturday attended a program organized in Jubbal on the occasion of the 22nd death anniversary of late Thakur Ram Lal. Addressing the gathering, he said that Thakur Ram Lal has led the Jubbal region in difficult times and has provided a strong foundation for development. He said that Thakur Ram Lal also encouraged the people of Jubbal region in terms of horticulture, due to which today the most prosperous villages are present in Jubbal-Nawar-Kotkhai.
He said that Thakur Ram Lal has led the Jubbal assembly constituency nine times, out of which he has also been the Governor and Chief Minister. It is a matter of pride for the entire Himachal Pradesh that a person coming from a farmer and common family has occupied the highest post.
He said that today development work is being done on the path shown by late Thakur Ram Lal, so that Jubbal assembly constituency can be given a new form of development. We all have to move forward on the path shown by late Thakur Ram Lal, so that the all-round development of Jubbal assembly constituency can be ensured.
