Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Nahan, June 16 :A shocking case has come to light where the dead bodies of a young man and a young girl were found hanging from a shisham tree in the forest adjacent to Nahan, the district headquarters of Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh, due to which panic has spread in the surrounding areas.
The Sirmaur Police Headquarters was informed about the entire incident on Saturday night, after which a heavy police force was deployed at the entire incident spot at night.
On Sunday morning, the bodies of the young man and the young girl, who were found hanging from a shisham tree, were brought down by calling the forensic team on the spot and sent deadbodies for post-mortem.
Sirmaur District Police Administration Additional Superintendent of Police Yogesh Rolta also reached the spot and investigated.The young man and the young girl could not be identified due to their bodies being in a rotten state.
Looking at the investigation being done by Sirmaur Police and FSL team, it can be said that the young man and the girl were murdered and hung on a Shisham tree in the forest adjacent to the ponds on Ramadhaun Marg, at a place where no person comes or goes.
According to the preliminary investigation of Sirmaur Police and FSL, the accused had committed the murder and escaped by hanging the bodies of the young man and the girl on a shisham tree at night a week ago.
Identifying the body is no less than a challenge for Sirmaur Police and FSL team due to its rotten state. The body is stinking so much due to its rotten state that standing in the forest for even a minute is a big challenge.
Every aspect of the murder case is being thoroughly investigated by the Sirmaur Police and FSL team, so that the accused who committed the heinous crime can be identified as soon as possible.
Local people said that after murdering the boy and the girl, the accused hung them on a sheesham tree near the pipeline on the unpaved road, so high that hardly anyone could have reached there.
Let me inform you that on last Saturday evening, a person saw the bodies of a young man and a young woman hanging very high from a Shisham tree.
When the local villagers saw one body after another hanging high up from the Shisham tree, a stampede-like atmosphere spread in the surrounding area.
Additional Superintendent of Police, Sirmaur District Police Administration, Yogesh Rolta said that the FSL team is also investigating the crime scene and both the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
He said that all efforts are being made by the Sirmaur district police administration and the FSL team that reached the spot to identify both the bodies as soon as possible.He informed that all the police stations of the neighbouring state Haryana along with all the surrounding areas have been informed and a search operation is also being conducted at the spot.
