Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Choupal, June 16 :A heartbreaking case of the death of a 44-year-old pilgrim going on the Chudhar Yatra due to a heart attack has come to light.
The pilgrim was taken to Civil Hospital Choupal by the Choupal Police Station in-charge and his team But the Churdhar Yatra pilgrim was declared dead by the doctors of Civil Hospital Choupal.
The Chaupal police station in-charge identified the deceased Churdhar Yatra pilgrim as Rajesh Kumar, 44 years, son of Kharati Lal, resident of Daulatpur, Pathankot, Punjab.
Chaupal Police Station in-charge said that the deceased Chudhar Yatra pilgrim Rajesh Kumar used to run a shop in Chaupal itself.
Chaupal police station in-charge said that on last Saturday, Rajesh Kumar, a pilgrim going on Churdhar Yatra, had a heart attack near Kalibagh. Rajesh’s wife was also present with him. The wife immediately informed the Chaupal police station in-charge about the entire incident.
As soon as the information was received, the Chaupal police station in-charge and his team reached the spot and Rajesh Kumar, a pilgrim going on the Churdhar Yatra, was rushed to the Civil Hospital Chaupal after he suffered a heart attack,but the senior doctors of Civil Hospital Chaupal declared Rajesh Kumar, a pilgrim going on the Churdhar Yatra, dead.
Chaupal DSP Sushant Sharma has appealed to the pilgrims going on the Churdhar Yatra that before going on the Churdhar Yatra, all the pilgrims must get their medical checkup done and if any pilgrim is found unwell in the medical checkup, then he should avoid going on the Churdhar Yatra.
